Gorjuss on Kraft - Simply Create

Hi Guys!

While you read this I will be over at Simply Create  with a lovely group of ladies making these cards with them!

In my class we mainly focus on prisma pencil coloring techniques. So today we are going to be colouring on kraft cardstock....a real favourite of mine ! I love the vibrancy you can create with this effect. Today we will be working on colouring black hair and blending techniques without the use of Sansador.

We will be colouring some Gorjuss stamps. And look no designer paper!! I created the background by stamping a Hero Arts Design Block onto  the kraft cardstock with Walnut Stain Ink. The sentiment is from a Wendy Vecchi Studio 490 set.

The second card again is fairly simple and requires little explanation! Again the image is coloured with prismas onto kraft. And again the background is stamped with a design block, except this time it is  from Stampin Up.

I have pre-ordered some of the new Gorjuss stamps and I can't wait to get playing with them! They said they would be here by the end of March so that is only a few days away :))

Thanks for your visit today. I hope you all have a lovely weekend.
If you have any questions please ask !

Hi Judy,

Hope you have a fab day, I wish I was in your class as your colouring skills are fabulous.

Look at these beautiful cards! Stunning!

I love the idea of little scraps of bright colours popping out from the side, I think I might have to have a little go at that sort of thing if you dont mind!

Absolutely lost for words here and not just cos my throat is hurting. Just fabulous and I am gonna have to do some kraft and prisma myself soon. The effect is just stunning. Love the fact you have not used any DP.
